Strength & Hypertrophy

The Strength & Hypertrophy Phase Is a Direct advancement from the Strength Phase, Introducing Hypertrophy in a Hybrid Programming designed to Take your Strength and Abridging your Strength adaptations, weight, reps, sets, converting and connecting it into Muscle Mass.

Hypertrophy

This is a Mastery Phase from the Strength & Hypertrophy Program. In the Hypertrophy Phase you have developed a Strong Strength Foundation, and will Convert your Strength & Hypertrophy; Reps, Rest, & Sets into a Program completely focusing on building Muscle Mass work to get you ready for you to use your Body in more Advance, Realistic, and Athletic Training.

Hypertrophy & Power

Welcome to Hypertrophy & Power, upon entering this Phase, You have built enough Muscle Mass and can start to transition to testing your Mind and Body’s Capabilities by introducing Power Work through Advanced and Realistic Training. This will solidify and help you Master your Previous Phases of Training and Get you Ready to Begin your Peak Ultimate Peformance.

Peak Ultimate Performance

Welcome to Peak Ultimate Performance, After Mastering Strength, Hypertrophy and Power. You will be a Complete Athlete entering this phase, here you have gone past your training and will test your Advancement and Evolution of yourself and journey. You have graduated and the Sky is the Limit, bring your best self to any Event, Situation and Life. Here you Break Through Barriers, and See that with the Mind, Body, & Spirit that Anything is a Possible. This is where Fitness becomes Life, for Ultimate Health & Longevity.

Tone and Endurance

This is a Program for Tone and Endurance, here you focus on Endurance work to tone and define muscles.
